Being a woman
In our daily work we give ourselves a race, daily responsibilities, concern over others. We forget about yourself, pushing their own needs on the back burner, with the time we have more and more energy and strength.
This workshop is for women who want to regain your inner balance and energy to keep a nice figure and a healthy body, for having already problems are manifested in the flesh, or simply wanting to give yourself time to do, to get a better feel.
It’s time to learn more about each other, but also to relax and have fun with music.
The two-day, rich workshop will, through the knowledge of one’s own body, to develop dormant within us the potential to discover and understand our needs, emotions and thoughts.
The body is underestimated source of creativity, support in yourself and the power to make changes in the direction of greater harmony with our life goals.
The functioning of the body is clearly defined laws, knowledge of which enables us to live healthier, harmonious and with less effort.
Program
The workshop is dedicated specifically to women. During the workshop we will:
work with the body to release from tension,
improve posture, to feel in your body more comfortable,
work with the pelvis to reduce the discomfort associated within it both sedentary and recurring ailments.
We will work on breath to have more energy, slower to suffer, to be in better touch with their emotions, clearly express their needs.
We will look at our eating habits, we’ll talk about proper nutrition, diet and how to stay healthy and slim.
We will learn how to relax and discuss the necessary conditions for regenerating sleep.
We’ll talk about the impact of hormones on the daily lives of women both in the area of the body, emotions and mind.
The participants of this workshop will be only women. In a friendly and safe atmosphere, we will go on a fascinating journey into ourselves.
